Try stand-up paddleboarding, the fastest-growing water sport, to get a workout and enjoy nature. A certified instructor and a naturalist will guide you. No experience needed. We suggest bringing water, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and wearing clothes that can get wet. Fee includes use of paddleboard, paddle, life jacket and instruction. Space is limited.
