Join Summit Metro Parks, Free Akron Outdoor Movies and The Akronist for the fun-for-all-ages film “Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory” (Rated G), starring Gene Wilder, on the lawn in Goodyear Heights Metro Park. The sled hill will provide amphitheater-style seating. The night begins with food trucks and a nature-themed craft at 7 p.m. The movie begins after sunset, at approximately 9 p.m. Bring chairs and blankets, and a picnic to enjoy before the film.
