Touch-a-Truck

If you have any questions regarding this program, please call the Nature Realm Visitors Center at 330-865-8065, Tuesday—Saturday, 10 am—5 pm, Sunday 12–5 pm.

Join us for Touch-a-Truck, presented by Wayside Furniture! People of all ages can sit in and explore more than a dozen Summit Metro Parks and local emergency response vehicles. A special autism- and sensory-friendly hour, free of horns, music and flashing lights, will be held 10 to 11 a.m. (view the Touch-a-Truck Social Story). The fun will continue from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Touch-a-Truck is supported by Acme Fresh Market, Akron Canton Builds and Akron Children’s Hospital.

Please note: The presence of emergency response vehicles, including Akron Children’s Hospital’s Air Bear®,  is subject to availability.
