Join a naturalist as we hike the 1.2-mile paved Coyote Run Trail while learning fun facts about the moon. Afterward, telescopes will be available to look for the man in the moon as we enjoy the warmth of a fire and hot chocolate.
Join a naturalist to hike and bird along the 2-mile Meadow Trail. Along the way, we’ll keep our eyes and ears open for spring migrants and other wildlife. Bring binoculars. Extras will be available first-come, first-served basis.
Join our interpretive artist for an entertaining lesson in nature drawing. Bring a sketchbook, pencil and a sense of humor. Beginners are welcome. Registration is required and begins on 4/30.
It’s turtle time! Children ages 3 to 6 and their adult companions can learn about our scaly, shelled friends through a story, craft and more. Please make other arrangements for younger children unable to remain in infant seats or strollers. Registration is required and begins on 5/7.
