Maintenance Utility Technician

Maintain and enhance park district’s lands and facilities by performing semi-skilled and skilled jobs in a manner which assures the highest standard of maintenance, safety and service to the public. Responsible for maintaining buildings and structures and keeping the electrical, mechanical and plumbing facilities and equipment in good working conditions. Assist with the construction of park improvement projects.

Park Ranger

Serves as a Law Enforcement Commissioned Peace Officer enforcing State of Ohio laws (Ohio Revised Code,) and Park District rules and regulations. Protects life, property, and maintains good order within the parks. Patrols assigned areas for the purpose of assisting park patrons to have a safe and enjoyable park experience. Provides information, education, and assistance to park visitors to achieve safety, security and resource protection. Performs duties with tact, diplomacy, discretion, respect, and impartiality.
