Join us at "On the Road to Gorge Dam Removal," a public meeting on the effort to remove the dam from the Cuyahoga River in Gorge Metro Park. At this update to the community, we will welcome officials from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to discuss the Great Lakes Legacy Act and their role in the dam removal process. Additionally, participants will be given an opportunity to ask questions or provide input on the archaeology and history of the dam and the surrounding area, and engineers will present the results from a recent hydrologic study.
