- Once the reservation is paid, there are no monetary refunds. Please review the terms & agreement form for full cancelation policy.

Reservation Period
- Rental time frame available: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Reservations for Main Shelter may be made beginning at midnight exactly one year in advance. Cancellation re-use events must also be scheduled one year in advance (to the day).
