2026 Professional Design Services
Summit Metro Parks (“Metro Parks”) is seeking qualified consulting firms to perform surveying services and special services (geotechnical, testing and inspections) for various operational and capital improvement projects for calendar year of 2026. The estimated fees for the services relating to each project do not exceed $50,000. Statements of professional qualifications to become eligible for these professional design services contracts will be accepted until 12:00 noon, December 23, 2025. The successful firms will work under the direction of Summit Metro Parks.

Annual Park District Auction
Per its Board of Park Commissioners, Summit Metro Parks will use internet auctions to sell unneeded, obsolete or unfit park district property. Auction listings can be found on Farnsworth Auctions LLC., or GovDeals.
