Ever wonder where our insects and animals go in the winter? Let’s find out through this presentation and craft!
Children 3 to 5 and their adult companions can get hooked and learn all about our fishy friends! We will be learning with a story, craft and fun activities. Please make arrangements for younger children unable to remain in infants seats or strollers. Registration is required and begins 9/3.
There’s more beneath the surface than meets the eye. Hiding in streams under rocks and in the sediment, macroinvertebrates make their homes. A vital part of the stream ecosystem, they can also help us determine the quality of the water. Join us in partnership with Summit Soil and Water Conservation District to learn more about the amazing biodiversity of macroinvertebrates…
Drop by to celebrate the end of summer around the campfire! We will play nature-themed games, tell family-friendly stories and eat plenty of s’mores (while supplies last). Bring a camp chair or blanket.
