Learn about the Seiberling family’s role in preserving F.A. Seiberling Nature Realm and their contributions to Akron and Summit Metro Parks during a hike along the 0.6-mile Cherry Lane Trail through June 18.
This biweekly program is designed to engage young children and accompanying adults in the wonderful world of gardening. Each class builds upon the last and will be centered on what’s growing and ready to harvest! Adults are asked to actively participate with children during the program. Registration is required and begins on 5/28.
Kids and their adult companions can join a naturalist while exploring the stream to hunt for fossils and learn about the ancient creatures that once called this park home. Dress to get wet; closed-toe shoes required.
