Kinderealm: Turkey Vultures

If you have any questions regarding this program, please call the Nature Realm Visitors Center at 330-865-8065 (Wednesday—Saturday 10 a.m.—5 p.m., Sunday 12–5 p.m.).

Children ages 3 to 6 and their adult companions will learn about the extraordinary turkey vulture, their revolting habits, and important lives as nature’s clean up crew. Program includes a hike and craft. Please make other arrangements for younger children unable to remain in infant seats or strollers. Registration is required and begins on 2/1.

    Snow Much Fun Open House

    Snow or not, there’s bound to be fun at Liberty Park! Toast a s’more over a fire, paint in the snow and try your hand at feeding the chickadees. Afterward, stop inside the nature center to warm up at our hot cocoa bar and create a simple winter craft. Weather permitting, snowshoes will be available for loan.
