Now that seed catalogues are beginning to arrive in the mail, it’s time to to plan your garden! Join us to get some spring plans in place. Bring some catalogues along for inspiration and seeds to share with fellow growers.

    Join naturalists and fellow creatives for a hands-on crafty time making wind chimes out of repurposed materials. Keys, beads, jewelry chains and more will be transformed into audible art that will add a touch of calm to your outdoor space. Come prepared to use needle-nose pliers to manipulate small materials. Registration is required and begins 8/1.

    Back Yards Gone Wild: Seed Collecting

    Join a naturalist to learn how to start beautiful, beneficial native plants from seed, including collection, storage and propagation techniques. After learning, get hands-on as we collect seeds as a group, then go home with some of your bounty! Gardeners are encouraged to bring native seeds from home to swap as well.
