Returns & exchanges
Maple Leaf Gifts purchases made in person may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase for their full value. Purchases made online may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt for their full value.
Items being returned must be in new condition; clothing must be unwashed and unworn. Items that may not be returned include clearance items, food items and gift certificates.
Payments for all returns or exchanges for items of lesser value must be made to the form of payment used to place the original purchase. If an exchange amounts to more than the cost of the original purchase (prior to shipping and handling if part of an online order), the customer will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
Returning Items in Person
Customers may return or exchange items purchased from Maple Leaf Gifts in person at the gift shop located inside Nature Realm Visitors Center. Please bring your original receipt, or proof of purchase for online orders, as well as your original form of payment.
Returning Items by Mail
Items purchased online from Maple Leaf Gifts may be returned or exchanged by mail. If returning or exchanging by mail, please contact an associate at 330-865-8065 x322 or [email protected] to coordinate details. You may be asked to fill out a return or exchange form to accompany the package.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Summit Metro Parks is not responsible for lost packages. Please consider shipping insurance and/or tracing when returning your items.
Crediting to Your Bank Account
Credit for your return may take 7-10 business days to process once your return is complete. If after 10 business days it is still not shown on your bank or credit statement, we recommend you reach out to your financial institution.
