Park Biologist
At Summit Metro Parks, our job is to collect, protect and perfect natural areas and biodiversity in and around Summit County for the perpetual benefit and enjoyment of our residents. As a full time biologist in the conservation department, your role is to provide direction toward this end primarily through ecological monitoring and assessment.

PARK TECHNICIAN I
Under the direction of the Park Manager, performs all duties necessary for the daily maintenance of park properties, areas, buildings and facilities and helps with the construction of certain park improvement projects.

PARK TECHNICIAN III
Under the direction of the Operations Service Manager, the Park Technician III maintains and enhances the park district’s lands and facilities by performing a wide range of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and construction tasks to build, repair, and install wooden or metal structures and fixtures on a variety of park projects. This position is responsible for operating a variety of carpentry hand, power, and measuring tools, heavy equipment, trucks and trailers, snowplows, and specialized equipment necessary for construction and maintenance activities.
