Summit Metro Parks hosts Community Shredding Event

Summit Metro Parks will host a Community Shredding Event, presented by Kastner Westman & Wilkins, LLC, on Friday, July 24 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Goodyear Heights Metro Park Main Entrance (2077 Newton Rd., Akron).

At this free event, visitors are invited to bring up to five boxes of paper documents containing confidential information for safe, confidential disposal, including old tax returns, bank or credit card statements, medical records, bills, pay stubs, junk mail, etc. File folders (without large metal clips), staples and paper clips are generally acceptable.
