Winter Solstice and the Tale of Mother Deer

Join a naturalist as we take a winter solstice walk through luminaries along the 0.25-mile Maple Loop Trail, listening to the folk tale of Mother Deer. Discover how we know that Santa’s reindeer are all female and that Rudolph isn’t the only red-nosed reindeer! After the hike warm up with hot chocolate and a warm fire inside the nature center.
