Meet Me in the Garden: Gardening as We Age

Join Laura Akgerman, disability services coordinator at Ohio AgrAbility and OSU Extension for this month's session. Learn about good body mechanics, ergonomic gardening tools, safe lifting, sun safety, universal design and ideas for adapting your current work habits. We will review tools and structures that will help you continue gardening productively and safely as your abilities change.
