ASTRONOMY NIGHT
Fifty years ago this month, a local astronomy club partnered with the park district to offer a “star party.” In celebration of the Nature Realm’s 50th anniversary, John Shulan, president of Summit County Astronomy Club, will give an indoor presentation on the scale of the universe. The program is appropriate for ages 10 and older, and seating is limited. Afterward, head outside to observe the night sky through telescopes.
