Join a naturalist, resource management and operations staff as we discuss what can be done with many of the invasive species that are invading our natural areas. During this four-hour workshop, participants will learn hands-on identification of several species, discover best management practices and native plant alternatives. A tour of the natural areas in Liberty Park will be included for visitors to see for themselves examples of these techniques. Participants will leave the workshop with several handouts and the knowledge to begin turning the tide on these alien invaders. LP/Nature Center
